I’ve spent the past 18 years working in the fitness and nutrition industry with a focus on body composition, metabolic health, and long-term healthspan. Rather than jumping from trend to trend, my work has always centered on helping clients build sustainable habits through evidence-based resistance training, flexible dieting strategies grounded in sound nutrition principles with long-term sustainability in mind, and education—with the goal of helping them look better now and age better for decades to come while maintaining those results long after coaching ends.
